This form of pepper is the crème de la crème of all peppercorns. Originating from India, the Tellicherry peppercorn is world renowned and one of the most sought after of all spices. The whole black peppercorn is affectionately grown for longer on the vine and picked just before ripening into the red berry. The berry is then carefully dried, changing the colour black and giving a full, robust taste to the pepper. Our grinder treats you to a bit of this culinary luxury whenever it takes your fancy.
